libdlrestrictions1 software package provides library that implements library compatibility checks for dlopen(), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdlrestrictions1
libdlrestrictions1 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdlrestrictions1 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdlrestrictions1 *
You will get with libdlrestrictions1 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
